TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Altcoins Looks Ready To Bust Out 📈

No Ichimoku chart here, or Gann cycles, just a simple triangle. 📐 

The chart above is TradingView’s TOTAL3ES chart - which is the total crypto market cap excluding BTC, ETH, and stablecoins.

It’s primed and ready for a breakout higher - but there needs to be conviction and particpation for that to happen. The only thing that makes me put on my anxious hat is the position of the Composite Index, which is slightly elevated relative to the prior swings and its current drive up compared to price action is more extended.

But that’s often what you see before a big drive higher. Also, it’s September - a month known for being a real dick to bulls.

However, I think it is interesting to note how the TMC three is performing against the rest of the market, if we rank their current monthly performance, this is what they look like:

• TOTAL (Total Market Cap) Sept Performance: +4.5%

• TOTAL2 (Total Market Cap Ex. BTC) Sept Performance: +4%

• TOTAL3 (Total Market Cap Ex. ETH and BTC) Sept Performance: +6.59%

• TOTAL3ES (Total Market Cap Ex. ETH, BTC, and stablecoins) Sept Performance: +8.5%

We’re only a third of the way through September, so this performance might be moot, but for now, alts are outshining the broader market. 👏

Proof Of Human, Proof Of Pamp: Worldcoin Pampin 🌐 

Sometimes, a few fundamental events occur at the same time giving some lucky tickers the fuel for a run. $WLD.X ( ▲ 1.91% ) is one of them. 👍️ 

Dan Ives Goes Full Orb

A sleepy Pennsylvania packager said it will buy WLD for treasury, slapped Dan Ives in the chair seat, and watched its stock go vertical like it found a cheat code. Shares spiked as much as 5,600% intraday and still settled up 3,009% at $45.08 after raising roughly $270M to fund the WLD grab.

MicroStrategy cosplay, but with eyeballs scanning tech from the ChatGPT guy.

Then they followed through. Eightco closed the $270M private placement, confirmed WLD as the primary reserve, and said the Nasdaq ticker flips to ORBS tomorrow (Thursday, September 11, 2025).

But that wasn’t the only win for Worldcoin. Upbit listed WLD yesterday (September 9, 2025) for KRW, BTC, and USDT pairs, which is the part where liquidity shows up and chat rooms start role-playing as macro funds.

Stockwits’ sentiment scores shows user are, well, bullish AF. There’s a boatload of chatter and users are insanely bullish - this is despite an -8% pullback happening today. 🤯

Ondo Stacking Wins 🥇 

Worldcoin isn’t the only altcoin pulling a strong collection of fundamentals - $ONDO.X ( ▲ 7.44% ) is, too. And the TradFi names joining one of DeFi’s biggest players are, well, pretty damn big. 😱 

Ondo + Fidelity + WisdomTree

Fidelity launched FDIT, an onchain money market fund, and Ondo’s $OUSG.X ( 0.0% ) is the anchor investor holding more than 99% of the assets.

Fidelity shows up with a clean wrapper and institutional muscle. OUSG doesn’t just sit there collecting coupons either. It’s a $730m TVL product with 24/7 subs and redemptions, daily interest accrual, low fees, and multi-chain reach across Ethereum, Solana, Ripple, and Polygon. 🟢 

Ondo + WisdomTree

And holdings aren’t monogamous. Cue the Global Markets Alliance adding WisdomTree to the roster.

Diversified collateral. Real counterparties. Less performative, more programmable.

WisdomTree brings $131B AUM and a long track record of turning vanilla index funds into widely held vehicles. The Alliance is herding exchanges, wallets, custodians, infra shops, and asset managers toward shared specs for how tokenized stocks and funds come on-chain.

TL;DR: fewer bespoke integrations, more liquidity that doesn’t vanish the second a market maker needs a nap.

Oh, And They Hired An OG SEC, US Treasury Guy

Ondo hired Peter Curley as Head of Global Regulatory Affairs. Generally I just kind of ignore the major C-suite personnel hires that protocols announce, but this guy has quite the resume:

• IPO bigwig and strategy bigwig at HKEx (Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing)

• Senior Advisor on Fin. Inst. Policy at the Treasury.

• Senior Policy Advisor at $COIN ( ▼ 1.08% ) 

• Assoc. Dir. at the SEC

That’s someone who speaks fluent Mordor on the Potomac and knows which doors actually open.

Whereas Worldcoin’s Stocktwits Sentiment and Message Volume scores are all turned up to max green, Ondo’s are comparatively muted. Given the news and price action, I’ve often seen this (Sentiment and Message Volume scores) be a stupidly powerful alert that basically screams: “Not everyone has gotten on the bus yet.” But that’s just me. 📰
