And Now Massachusetts? The List Keeps Growing 📜 

Back in December 2024, Texas was the first state to have a bill introduced to create the State of Texas’ own BTC reserve. But Texas wasn’t the first, that was Pennsylvania in November 2024. 🧠 

Since then, Ohio, New Hampshire, Wyoming, Oklahoma, and North Dakota have all had bills introduced at the State level to create their own BTC Reserves or changes to allow State ownership/investment in other capacities.

And now Massachusettes is added to this list. MA Senator Peter Durant introduced a bill to create a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve. Let’s see how much bigger that list grows in 2025. 🙂
