Tron's Sun Turns Dead Plushie Vendor Into $210M Nasdaq Trojan 🧸
Sun jammed $210M TRX into a broke plushie shop to sneak Tron onto Nasdaq. Tether froze $12.3M the same day.
OVERVIEW
Sun Turns Dead Plushie Vendor Into $210M TRX Nasdaq Trojan 🧸

Before we dive in, here’s today’s crypto market heatmap:
And here’s a look at crypto’s total market and altcoin market cap charts:
NEWS
Sun Scoops A Nasdaq Shell, Tethers Tron to Wall Street 🤦
Justin Sun just bought his way onto the big board. 🤑
Tron ($TRX.X ( ▲ 2.77% )) will reverse-merge into toy-maker $SRM ( ▲ 533.79% ), rename itself Tron Inc, and stuff the carcass with up to $210 million in TRX - a not-so-subtle homage to Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin-hoarding playbook.
Dominari Securities brokered the deal from Trump Tower, where Donald Jr. and Eric are parked. Word is Eric grabs a seat at the new company.
At the open of the stonk market today, SRM popped:
It opened +289% above last Friday’s close. And it’s been up as much as +633% (as of 1600 EST) today.
The raise itself is peak crypto theater.
SRM prints 100k Series B preferreds, convertible into 200 million commons at fifty cents, plus 220 million warrants at the same strike. Sun pockets the “advisor” badge, which usually means calling the shots without the paperwork.
But not everything smells like roses for Sun and TRON. Because the same day (today) the Sun/Tron/SRM news drops, Tether froze $12.3 million USDT on the TRON network, citing wallets that looked a little too “Breaking Bad” for comfort. 💊
Tron spiked up close to 8% earlier in the day, but has since given up the majority of those gains.
And according to Stocktwits’ sentiment data, TRX hodlers and traders could care less - sentiment and message volume are as close to ‘meh’ as you’re gonna get. 🤷
We’ll keep you updated as this story develops.

Scan, Consent, Collect: Your Healthcare Data That Pays You 🧑⚕️

AxonDAO ($AXGT.X ( ▲ 11.94% )) just grabbed SKALE’s zero-fee rails to build a gas-free health-data stack where users own the vault and the upside. 😎
SKALE says Medical data shouldn’t rot in some pharma silo while the folks who generated it get squat or risk HIPAA headaches. AxonDAO flips the script: encrypted vault, on-chain consent receipts, and AXGT rewards for playing nice with science.
SKALE ($SKL.X ( ▲ 7.13% )) slots in because its app-specific chains clear transactions in milliseconds and charge nothing, so no one’s eating a $20 ETH-clog fee just to toggle permissions.
If SKALE’s no-gas promise holds when academics pile in, AxonDAO could sneak into the default stack for any AI model that needs ethically sourced medical data – beats another monkey-jpeg marketplace, right? 🦍
From a price action perspective, SKALE looks like every other altcoin out there: like three-day old roadkill.
And, not surprisingly, Stocktwits users are decidedly bearish.
Conversely, AxonDAO is doing very, very well today.
And Stocktwits users are pretty damn bullish on AXGT. Last week, sentiment was at a dismal 35 - quite the spike Week-over-Week. 😯

Blockticity Rolls New Avalanche L1, Shreds Counterfeits At Customs 🛡️

Blockticity just yanked 45,000 trade certificates off $AVAX.X ( ▲ 4.9% ) public lanes and spun up its own Avalanche‑flavored L1. They’re minting another 700,000 COAs because, honestly, PDFs are so 2019. 😏
Why You Should Care 🤔
$1.2 B+ in authenticated stuff - sugar, solar panels, fancy jackets, you name it.
ASTM D8558‑compliant (standard for using blockchain to verify Certificates of Authentication in supply chains) from day one, so U.S. CBP and the EU’s tree‑hugger deforestation rule have one less excuse.
Predictable gas, stablecoin‑ready, EVM‑compatible translation: enterprises onboard without a migraine.
The Nuts & Bolts 🔩
Blockticity’s COAs are tamper‑evident, metadata‑stuffed, and AI‑ready. Customs can scan, verify, and move on instead of playing email tag over grainy PDFs. 📃
Coffee exporters? Their beans now come with geospatial receipts. Fashion labels? Chain‑of‑custody receipts mean knock‑offs get nuked. Solar panel importers? ESG box ticked, tariffs dodged, regulators pacified.
All of it came together on AvaCloud - Avalanche’s no‑code deployment kit - so Blockticity kept dev control without setting its hair on fire.
Validators open to outside partners soon. An AI dashboard is on deck for compliance desks that like pretty charts with real data behind them. Early‑access sign‑ups are live for anyone tired of fake invoices and rubber‑stamped cargo.
Blockticity has already moved the paperwork for a billion‑dollar chunk of global trade onto a sovereign chain. Customs can keep their staplers - Blockticity automated the job. 🤖
